Memorial Day is Monday and with it all kinds of updates to be shared. Our hours have changed and can be seen on the bottom of any page. Going forward we will be open every day but Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We will add Wednesday either in June or July. Tuesday is forever tap line cleaning day.
This weekend our new beer will be the Farmhouse IPA. It has been missed and just carbonated, so nice fresh IPA. Also new is the Pale Ale, a slight haze in this one….enjoy.
To make the lineup interesting, we plan to have a barrel aged beer, couple sours and the rest of our beers and cider.
Cooking pretzels today. Menu shaping up to be woodfired pizza, beer cheese pretzels, charcuterie and a weekly special of what is fresh and seasonal. All dough will be hand scratch made. Stay tuned for start date and more details of the menu plans.
